Most of my research work focuses on basic understanding of different physiological mechanisms in relation to effect of various exogenous substances and to some extent i tried to contribute how different teaching and learning tool helps students to better understand medical concepts and their implementation.
In past me and my co-researchers identified effects of Prunus Amygdalis (almonds) and Atenolol on reproductive endocrinology as well as on different semen parameters including Serum testosterone, serum LH, testicular weight, sperm count and sperm morphology. In the field of medical education me and my co researchers worked on one minute perception teaching skill and its effects on learning of students.
we are now planing to explore new physiological concepts and effect of different teaching and assessment methodologies on student's learning.
I am member of ethical review board, curriculum committee, study board and academic council of my institute. I am member of Pakistan Physiologic society of Pakistan. I am Fellow of College of Physician and Surgeons Pakistan.
