Monica Bailey has worked in education for five years. She attended BIOLA University for her undergraduate degree where she studied education theory and practice as part of her teacher credentialing program. Ms. Bailey has worked as the Neurology Clerkship Coordinator at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and an Instructor at Dr. Olga Mohan High School (DOMHS), a charter school in downtown Los Angeles. Ms. Bailey started as the coordinator for faculty development at the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine in 2013; she currently serves as the Assistant Director for faculty development. Ms. Bailey utilizes her expertise in education and technology to provide faculty development initiatives wherever faculty are, be it in the classroom, lab or hospital. Her research interests include on-line learning and competency based education.
