Started at Univ of Toledo working as a research associate in vascular genetics and then as a Gen Surgery Intern. I Completed IM residency at Mt. Sinai, then worked 4 years as a hospitalist. Worked as volunteer research at UAB cardiac translational research lab x 4 yrs. Completed advanced fellowships in Heart Failure and Heart Transplant(UTMB), Cardiac Multimodality Imaging (Yale), and worked as an NIH T32 fellow briefly (Yale). Now PGY-6 gen cardiology, I am looking forward to my IC fellowship next year. Research interests Heart Failure, AF, coronary pathology, pulmonary vascular pathology, IFR/FFR, vascular genetics, complex PCI. Have published book chapters, publications, numerous abstracts, and also like to mentor IM residents and junior fellows.
