Graduated from Government Medical College, Patiala, India in 1999 followed by residency in Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis from 2001-2004. Following immigration to USA, did residency in Internal Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medical Sciences from 2006-09. Have been a practicing Hospitalist since 2009 at a Community Hospital in Santa Rosa CA. Working as a full time Hospitalist including designated “ Covid Hospitalist” currently. Also involved in community efforts for COVID mitigation in nursing homes and skilled facilities in the capacity of Chairperson of UM in the hospital. Submitted 3 case reports with review of literature in 2020. One was published, one is in the final phase of editorial review after submitting corrections, and 3rd is in peer review. Working on 2 more case reports.
