At present serve as Honarary Consultant Physician at Teaching Hospital Jaffna Sri Lanka. Senior Lecturer in the department of Medicine, University of Jaffna, Sri lanka. A member of the Ceylon College of Physicians (CCP) and Fellow of the Royal college of physicians Edinburgh, American college of physicians (ACP).Research interest include clinical medicine, tropical infectious diseases including amoebiasis and hypertension.
