Prior to beginning medical school in 2017, I worked in a biology research laboratory at Emory University for three years, researching genetic causes of Hirschsprung Disease and Congenital Short Bowel Syndrome. During medical school, I have worked on the Student Government Association as the chief editor of SGA Rounds, a student-run publication featuring written works and achievements from our own osteopathic medical students. Throughout medical school, I have also written case reports. I will carry my passion for writing through my career as a future Pediatrician.
