1. Evaluation of intrahepatic fat content in individuals with and without the risk haplotype in SLC16A11
2. Association between the presence of the risk haplotype in the SLC16A11 gene and the presence of micro and macrovascular complications in individuals with T2DM
Research is my passion and I plan to make a meaningful contribution to the field of diabetes in Latin America and worldwide. Teaching is another academic activity that I love to do.
