She is an Academician (Assistant Professor, Amity University Kolkata and Guest Faculty at Calcutta National Medical College & Hospital- College of Nursing) and a RCI registered Psychologist (Professional CRR Number- A45210). She has 9 years of work experience in both Education and Corporate sectors. Her former professional associations include organisations like The Heritage School, GEMS Akademia International School, HPCL-India, HappyDNA, Pathfinder Global School, AHEAD- School for Autistic Children, Society for Welfare of Children, Behala Bikasan, and many more. She is associated with Indian Science Congress Association & Indian Psycho-Analytic Society as affiliated member. She has extensive experience in practicing Psychometric Assessment, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Skill Training & Development, Child Development & Parenting Psycho-educational Training, Behavioural & Educational Management and Special Educational Intervention. She is extremely passionate about writing (both Scientific & Literary), and have publications in scientific journals, books as well as other online literary platforms. Her areas of teaching and research inclinations include Creativity, Qualitative Analysis, Clinical, Developmental, Personality, Applied Social & Organisational Psychology.
