I have completed my PhD in the specialization of biotechnology with interdisciplinary feature of ‘food science & technology’ and ‘biotechnology’. I have been accolade with various fellowships and awards. I have selected for prestigious Senior Research Fellow by Indian Council of Medical Research. My have done work on technological properties of microflora isolated from feremnted foods and probiotic characterization of that strains. My work is also extended about physical binding and biological degradation of fungal based toxin in vivo and in vitro. I have also work on bacterial EPS and their characterization, safety about artificial ripening of fruits and impact on nutritional value.
