I am an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Programs in Health Professions Education at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. I teach courses in research methods (e.g., qualitative & mixed-methods research design) and numerous seminars in simulation-based learning. My research program focuses on improving the way simulations are designed and employed to help educators and program directors make practical, yet informed, decisions about integrating simulation-based learning strategies into health professions curricula.
