Dr Junaidah Yusof has accumulated wide research experience in the field of industrial psychology and organisational behaviour including leadership, workplace spirituality, empowerment and organisational citizenship behaviour. She has developed a strong passion for research. As such, she became a reviewer for several Scopus index journals and actively published in multidisciplinary research. Due to her incredible personality and achievements, she was awarded as the Excellence PhD Viva 2018 by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Being a lecturer by profession, she is now teaching at Quest International University Perak in psychology programme. An articulate and interactive speaker, she has facilitated in several workshops such as stress management and managing emotions among counsellors and teachers. As in, she has invited and facilitated many programmes for schools that include SMJK Perempuan Perak, SMJK Ava Maria Ipoh, SMK Kg Dato Ahmad Said Ipoh, etc. Her strength includes her ability to relate the conceptual theory into practical hands-on in real life situation application and combination of activities and learning intervention.
