My research work is based on the premise that Cognitive and Educational Psychology can strongly contribute to education in the medical and health sector. My research interests include: the development and assessment of teamwork skills, affective and cognitive components of leadership, and instructional innovation and use of technology for providing feedback and assessment in medical education.
