COL Brian McLean, MD attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and The Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda MD.  He completed Residency in Anesthesiology and Fellowship in Pain Management at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC.  He is currently Program Director of the Pain Medicine Fellowship at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
