I am interested and fascinated by cancer immunotherapy, a novel and promising treatment strategy in oncology. Patients with advanced solid malignancies are known to have dysfunction of their immune system. Our team has developed investigator initiated trials exploring the use of Nivolumab and Ipilimumab combination concurrently with radiotherapy for patients with locoregionally advanced head and neck cancer. We plan expending the partnership with other pharmaceutical companies and opening a number of clinical trials aim to reduce the chemoradiotherapy-induced mucositis. I am interested and exited of bringing the innovations in my field to my patients’ care.
