I am Dr. Krishna Adhikari, an MBBS graduate of 2016, shaped by nearly eight years of continuous service as a Medical Officer at Narayani Hospital, Birgunj, Nepal. My journey through the Emergency Department and ICU/CCU has been more than clinical training—it has been an immersion into the realities of critical care, where every decision carries weight and every moment matters. Working at the frontline has strengthened my ability to think decisively under pressure, while constantly reminding me of the human side of medicine—empathy, communication, and trust. These years have instilled in me a deep respect for teamwork, resilience, and lifelong learning. Each patient encounter has contributed to my growth, not only as a clinician but also as a person committed to ethical and compassionate care. Seeking to further refine my knowledge and broaden my perspective, I joined Yangzhou University in 2025 for my postgraduate studies. This step reflects my ongoing commitment to advancing both my clinical expertise and academic understanding, with the goal of contributing meaningfully to patient care, research, and the evolving field of medicine
