Dr. Pooja Patel graduated from the Padmashree D.Y. Patil School of Medicine in 2014 and moved back to the US after graduating medical school. She is currently working as a Medical Scribe in the Department of Rheumatology at Advocate Aurora Healthcare in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Patel was a Remote Research Volunteer involved in data analysis and literature reviewing at Marquette University. Dr. Patel has diverse clinical skills and knowledge from her clinical externships, observerships, and hands-on volunteering expertise. She is currently a Clinic Extern at a non-profit organization, St. Joseph's Medical Clinic in Waukesha, WI, were she is actively involved in patient care, and also volunteers to aid as an assistant clinical administrator.
