Dr. Eldisugi Hassan Mohammed Humida serves as a consultant cardiologist and occupies the position of associate professor of medicine and cardiology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kordofan, El-Obeid, Sudan. Dr. Humida is a leading expert in cardiology, particularly interventional cardiology and epidemiology. He is a committed academic and researcher, making substantial contributions to medical science through a variety of publications in reputable journals indexed in Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus. His work reflects a dedication to enhancing cardiovascular health and elevating patient care standards. Through his teaching, research, and clinical expertise, he significantly contributes to the education of future healthcare professionals. Furthermore, Dr. Humida holds the responsibility of training frontline healthcare providers at the training center at El-Obeid International Hospital, in addition to directing the cardiac catheterization laboratory at the same institution, where he has performed thousands of percutaneous coronary interventions and pacemaker implantations for Sudanese patients.
