Dr. Justus Kamara Anacleth is a medical doctor and public health specialist based in Tanzania, with extensive experience in clinical leadership, healthcare training, and implementation research. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), and currently serves as the Head of Research at Saifee Hospital Zanzibar, where he also coordinates medical camps, international student rotations, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
His research focuses on environmental health, healthcare quality improvement, and the effectiveness of public–private partnerships in hospital governance. He recently published a study on the association between particulate matter and respiratory health in schoolchildren in urban Tanzania. Dr. Kamara is passionate about advancing evidence-based practices, capacity building in low-resource settings, and creating sustainable health systems through strategic partnerships and data-driven solutions.
