I am one of the Associate Program Directors in the Internal Medicine Residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Mass. I do much of my clinical work as a Clinician Educator/Preceptor in our Academic Ambulatory Health Center where most of our Internal Medicine Residents see their primary care patients. In regards to research, I focus mainly on educational innovations and quality improvement. I also work within the ACP Massachusetts Chapter as the Co-Chair for the Early Career Physicians council and Advisor to the Resident/Fellow Council as well.
