I did my General surgery training and worked as a General surgeon back home, and then I moved to the USA. I did a research project on pancreatic cancer and a one-year preliminary General Surgery residency in New York. Later, due to some family issues, I had to move to Internal Medicine. I completed my Internal Medicine and am currently working as a hospitalist and planning for a Gastroenterology Fellowship. I have the skills and knowledge in both medicine and surgery, and more research in the Gastroenterology area.
