Proceedings of the UCSD Department of Medicine

This channel highlights internal medicine and related specialties, including clinical research and interdisciplinary collaborations.

Who is eligible to submit: Faculty members of the Department of Medicine. Submissions can have up to five co-authors. At least one author must be a UC San Diego Department of Medicine faculty member. We encourage faculty members to collaborate across specialties and residents to collaborate with faculty in writing case reports for publication in Proceedings.

These case reports are valuable teaching resources for our department and the broader community. Medical students are permitted to co-author publications but are not eligible to serve as advisers.

All submissions must adhere to the Cureus editorial guidelines.
