About the AHDCC Channel The Association for Hypertension, Diabetes, and Cancer in Canada (AHDCC) is a Canadian-based scientific and healthcare organization committed to advancing research, knowledge exchange, and collaboration in cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and related chronic diseases.
The AHDCC Channel provides an international platform for the dissemination of clinically relevant, translational, and interdisciplinary research across these fields. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, diabetes and endocrinology, hypertension, immunology, molecular and cellular medicine, epidemiology and public health, prevention and early detection, precision medicine, diagnostics, therapeutics, health equity, and other areas relevant to cancer and chronic disease.
Consistent with AHDCC’s broader mission, the Channel seeks to strengthen connections among researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, universities, hospitals, research institutions, and the wider scientific community, while encouraging the exchange of knowledge across disciplines, institutions, and geographic boundaries.
Who may submit: Researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, academics, and other qualified contributors from Canada and internationally whose work falls within the scientific scope of the Channel are welcome to submit. Membership in AHDCC is not required.
Institutional affiliation: No specific institutional affiliation with AHDCC is required. Submissions from authors affiliated with universities, hospitals, research institutes, healthcare organizations, and other relevant scientific or clinical institutions are welcome.
The Channel welcomes eligible article types supported by the Cureus Journal of Medical Science, including original research, review articles, case reports, technical reports, and editorials.
All submissions must adhere to the Cureus editorial guidelines and applicable requirements for scientific rigor, research integrity, publication ethics, authorship, conflicts of interest, formatting, and independent peer review. Editorial assessment, peer review, and publication decisions remain subject to the policies and procedures of the Cureus Journal of Medical Science.
