I currently serve as the Principal and Chief Nursing Officer at Mary Lott Lyles Hospital. My role primarily involves administration and education. In the ongoing efforts to revive our institution, I actively engage in staff development and in-service programs. As part of our institutional upgrades for NABH accreditation, I am deeply involved in quality control, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and the preparation of necessary documents and manuals. Regarding research, I am a dedicated scholar, consistently participating in research activities and contributing to publications and presentations. Throughout my career, I have prioritised continuous learning and professional development. I hold qualifications in MSc Psychiatric Nursing, MSc Psychology, DMHN, Palliative Care, and Feminism. I have completed over 20 online certifications through Elsevier and have expertise as an ACT therapist and Assertiveness Trainer. I also completed a course in Statistics for Healthcare Professionals. My commitment to staying informed and enhancing my skills reflects my dedication to providing high-quality healthcare and advancing the field through research and education
