Dr. Maitri has done BPTh from Ravi Nair Physiotherapy College, Sawangi (M), Wardha (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik) in 2010 and completed her MPT in Sports Rehabilitation from Sardar Bhagwan Singh Institute of Biomedical Sciences & Research, Dehradun (HNB Garhwal Central University, Srinagar) in 2014. She is a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), Certified Mulligan practitioner (CMP) and Certified Kinesiology Taping Therapist (CKTT), she has also done Specialization in Digital Health from Imperial College, London. She has a total of 9 years of professional experience. She was also impanelled as a Doping Control Officer (DCO) by the National Anti-doping Agency (NADA). Because of her keen research interest, she has various publications and 8 Paper presentations to her credit. She won 4 “best paper awards” at various National and International Conferences, along with 1 poster presentation which was done at the World Congress of Physiotherapy- 2015 held in Singapore. She has also delivered talks on various platforms about Physiotherapy and Gender Equity. She currently has an Industry-Academia Collaboration with WeRehab Technologies, Nagpur to her credit.
