Rajat Das Gupta is a public health physician by training, currently working as a research associate at James P Grant School of Public Health. He has completed Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Dhaka Medical College under University of Dhaka in 2014 and Masters of Public Health (MPH) from James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University in 2017. He was awarded with WHO TDR International Post Graduate Training Scheme to pursue MPH at James P Grant School of Public Health where he received training on implementation research. Dr. Rajat received Allan Rosenfeld Award for best academic performance for his academic performance during MPH course. He was also awarded with Sir Fazle Hasan Abed Award for Leadership and Richard Cash Award for best SLP group poster during MPH course. His field of interest is Non Communicable Diseases, Infectious Diseases, Implementation Science and Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health. He is also trained and experienced in conducting systematic reviews and meta analysis. He has 5 publications in national and international peer reviewed journal.
