Brian Wansink (Ph.D. Stanford) is an expert on eating. As a professor, he has published over 200 academic papers on how to mindlessly eat less and eat better, and his best selling books, Mindless Eating and Slim by Design have been published in over 20 languages. He has been a professor at Dartmouth, the Wharton School, the University of Illinois, and at Cornell, and he was appointed by the White House to be the Executive Director in charge of the US Dietary Guidelines.
