Pugazhenthan Thangaraju currently works at Department of Pharmacology, All India institute of medical sciences (AIIMS) Raipur. Previously worked in the Clinical division, Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India as Central Health services officer of Junior administrative grade. Pugazhenthan does research in Infectious Diseases, Diabetology and Clinical Pharmacology and was involved in research in Pharmacology in infectious disease Leprosy and lepra reactions.
