• Expertise in population health, clinical measures/HEDIS, medical home, telehealth, quality improvement, patient experience, secondary analysis EHR data, mental health and chronic disease • Experience managing (overseeing) and performing specialized work projects in epidemiology, surveillance, data analysis, research and project management.
