He performs advanced surgical procedures such as minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal fusion, and corrective deformity surgery, aiming to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
He works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and is actively involved in mentoring residents, junior surgeons, and medical students in surgical techniques and professional best practices. Dr. Farah contributes to the advancement of orthopaedic spine surgery through research, publications, and academic presentations while maintaining strict adherence to clinical guidelines and the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Program Director โ Orthopaedic Residency Program:
As Program Director, Dr. Farah oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of the orthopaedic residency program, ensuring alignment with national and international accreditation standards. He provides leadership and mentorship to residents, fostering their clinical, academic, and professional development.
His responsibilities include organizing educational activities such as lectures, workshops, and simulation training; monitoring and evaluating resident performance; and providing constructive feedback.
