I am Director of the Center for Education Research, Technology, and Innovation in the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I am an Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School. I pursue a wide range of topics in medical education research, but focus on training in technical skills, professionalism, communication, and feedback.
