Abstract
TAVR is a minimally invasive technique for management of high risk aortic stenosis. Common complications include stroke, vascular injury, and acute kidney injury, among others. Frequently overlooked complications include complete heart block due to the close proximity of the repair and the heart's conduction system. Recognizing the difference between structural and metabolic derangements and their findings on EKG is a critical skill for EM physicians who managing this condition.
