Abstract

In-situ multi-disciplinary team (MDT) training using simulation is used to identify latent safety threats in the clinical environment1. Latent safety threats are errors in design of environment, organisational systems and team interactions that are found to have potential impact on the delivery of healthcare and patient safety.
