Joseph Sylvester Chang, Ph.D., is currently with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Sinagpore. He is an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University and is the former Associate Dean in the College of Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Chang is a multi-disciplinary engineer with various research interests including emerging technology, microfluidics, audiology, psychoacoustics, and others. He has published over 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has over 20 patents awarded or pending.
