I am a senior lecturer and a biomaterials specialist with a passion for advancing the field of dentistry. Served as Head of department of Conservative and Prosthetic Dentistry and Biomaterials Division. With extensive experience teaching several cohorts of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. I made significant contributions to dental education as an external examiner in University of Dar-es-salaam and Moi University Schools of Dentistry and mentor. Holding 27 publications and delivering 24 lecture presentations, with expertise in restorative dental materials and the selection of dental materials. In addition to supervising and examining postgraduate students' thesis work. I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on developing alternatives to dental amalgam, further demonstrating their commitment innovative research in the field novel alternatives to dental amalgam.
