About
I am a public health medicine specialist currently employed at the National Institutes of Health. I earned my MBBS in 2012 and gained experience as a medical officer, working in both primary healthcare and clinical research. In 2018, I pursued advanced studies at the National University of Malaysia, completing my Master's in Public Health and a Doctorate in Public Health by 2022. My research focuses on various public health issues and epidemiology, and I have published work on various topics including smoking, plain packaging, patient safety, hypertension, and anemia in teenage pregnancies. Currently, I am an Editor of Journal of Health Management and have been appointed as a reviewer for Malaysian Family Physician (MFP) and Medical Journal of Malaysia.
