Assistant Professor of Psychology and experienced practitioner in the field of psychological assessment, behavior modification, cognitive and social skills training, health behavior change, counseling, stress management, and mindfulness. More than ten years of teaching experience in the fields of mental health, social psychology, health psychology, and health promotion. Presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Education and Promotion, College of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Jazan University, Jazan, Saudi Arabia. Extensive research experience in the fields of mental health, psychological abuse, health psychology, developmental disabilities, and yoga interventions, with numerous original research publications in international journals. She earned her M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from DSVV, Haridwar, India; her M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Psychology from the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities in India, and her Ph.D. in Psychology (Mental Health) from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University in Bareilly, India.
