I am a University Teacher working in the field of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. I am currently appointed as a Professor of Orthodontics at the Department of Orthodontics, University of Damascus Faculty of Dentistry, Damascus, Syria. In addition to my University ordinary undergraduate teaching, I supervise MSc and Ph.D. students in Orthodontics and other related specialties. I have completed research supervision on more than 30 MSc and Ph.D. research projects till now. I have been in orthodontic training for MSc postgraduate students for more than 20 years covering all different topics in orthodontics. With regard to international publications, I have published more than 60 papers in peer-reviewed journals indexed on PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. I have more than 10 published textbooks in Orthodontics as well as in Research Methodology in the Arabic language.
