Sarah Tarshis, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at Carleton University School of Social Work's Simulation Research Lab in Ottawa, Canada. Her research interests focus on trauma, employment, and intimate partner violence (IPV), as well as simulation-based research and education. Her research is informed by over 10 years of practice experience in IPV and community-based organizations.
