I am a consultant and associate professor of rehabilitation medicine at the Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM), Rawalpindi, with over 200 publications and 3000 citations. I have extensive experience in presenting, chairing, and reviewing research at national and international levels. I have received several awards and scholarships for my outstanding contributions to the field of rehabilitation medicine, including the Ibn-e-Sina Silver medal, the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) young Investigators award, the Research productivity Award, and the AuthorAID mentor of the year award. I have also completed a clinical observership in the USA with prestigious institutions, such as the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, New York University, and the Kessler Rehabilitation, West Orange. I am an active member and leader of several professional societies, such as ISPRM, the Asia-Oceanian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (AOSPRM), and Cochrane Rehabilitation. I am passionate about teaching and have conducted over 100 workshops on various topics related to rehabilitation medicine in five countries.
