Anatomic and clinical pathology (UNAM and UTMB) and fellowships in Oncologic Surgical Pathology and Hematopathology (MD Anderson Cancer Center). Academic: two years as instructor in lab medicine, hematopathology and cytogenetics at MD Anderson, and 8 years in Baylor College of Medicine as assistant/associate professor.
