Franz C. Mendoza-García, MD, AEMUS-FPD is an emergency medicine physician, Associate Director of Emergency Ultrasound, and Core Faculty member at Memorial Healthcare System. He completed Emergency Medicine residency training at Jacobi/Montefiore Medical Centers in the Bronx (Class of 2023) and an Advanced Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (Class of 2024). His professional interests include point-of-care ultrasound, medical education, curriculum development, and emergency ultrasound research, with a focus on improving patient care through innovative ultrasound applications and learner-centered education.
