I have worked in Trauma for 18 years as both a Program Manager, trauma outreach, trauma registrar and Performance Improvement coordinator. During this time I have worked at 2 trauma centers, a Level II and Level I where I currently work. I have initiated new workflows related to performance improvement findings such as MTP and Code OR developing processes that have allowed us to have successful outcomes. I have participated in research related to Over and Under triage-related to the use of the Cribari matrix.
