Currently President and CEO of LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Honored in June 2014 with the Sallop "Excellence in Leadership Award" by the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO) for nearly three decades of professional leadership in several organ procurement organizations as well as volunteer leadership on the local, state, and national level. Previously honored by AOPO in 2011 with the "President's Award" for service to the organization.

In addition to these honors, has been an active researcher, educator and lecturer. To-date, have in excess of 30 peer-reviewed publications and have made dozens of invited presentations throughout the United States as well as in Spain, Canada, and France.

Has been in the field of organ donation and transplantation since 1987. Prior to accepting current position in 2012, worked for CDT in Albany, New York (2003-2012), LifeGift in Houston, Texas (1995 - 2003), Mile High Transplant Bank/AlloSource in Denver, Colorado (1993 -1995), Colorado Organ Recovery Systems in Denver, Colorado (1988 - 1993), and Midwest Organ Bank in Kansas City, Missouri (1987 -1988).
